We specialize in supporting government and institutional clients with a broad range of incident & event management, telecommunications consulting, infrastructure management, asset management, facility operations & maintenance, emergency planning & business continuity, environmental, and construction-related services.


Knowledge Center®: History

The Knowledge Center® was created to solve the needs discovered through our own facilities operations and management experience. The first version of the KC was developed over 5 years ago to manage all the telecommunications tower assets across the country for Crown Castle International. As that project ended, we continued to upgrade the KC to assist businesses such as LORD Corporation with their work and move management needs.

In addition, we continued to develop the KC to support its own management of classified facilities. With this continued investment in the Knowledge Center® for a variety of needs and industries, the KC has grown past a collection of disparate functions and features to develop into a true technology framework for rapid application development.

In our initial effort to commercialize the Knowledge Center®, we have targeted the homeland security market, specifically the emergency management community. In conjunction with this new approach to allow other organizations to take advantage of the KC's capabilities, we continue to use the Knowledge Center® in our daily operations. In a move that's markedly different from other software product organizations, we are not just a seller but also a user of our products.

Full-Service Provider: "One Stop Shop"

Unlike many other software vendors, we are prepared to handle the full extent of the installation and deployment process. Because of our experience and capabilities in mission support outsourcing and comprehensive facilities operations and maintenance, we are well positioned to provide support, training, and installation needs.

In addition, we can procure hardware and 3rd party software licensing for our customers, as well as arrange primary and secondary co-location facilities for their system. Our customers only need one point of contact for support from the beginning through the life of the system.
