A key non-classified customer for both the Incident Management Knowledge Center® and the SARA Reporting Management Knowledge Center® is Pennsylvania's southwest emergency response group - Region 13. Region 13 members use the Knowledge Center® to support the management of Tier II facilities, resources, incidents, and planned events.

The Knowledge Center® was chosen after a rigorous selection process to satisfy FEMA's need for an Emergency Management Information Management System (EMIMS) and was deployed in just a few weeks time under tight scrutiny.
SSI Services deployed the Knowledge Center® during the fourth quarter of 2007. The initial phase of the deployment focused on the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) in Washington, D.C. Soon after, the Knowledge Center® was rolled out to the ten Regional Response Coordination Centers (RRCCs) and multiple Joint Field Offices (JFOs) throughout the country.

The Knowledge Center® is currently deployed at a number of classified and non-classified installations across the country. Satisfied customers come from a variety of industries spanning governmental and non-governmental marketplaces.
Our customers include: PA Region 13 (13 counties + Pittsburgh), PA Northwest Central Emergency Response Group (6 counties), PA Northwest Emergency Response Group (5 counties + Erie), PA Southeast Regional Task Force (5 counties + Philadelphia), FEMA (NRCC + 10 RRCCs).
